Ingredients:
For the Casserole:
• 500g ground beef
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 can (300g) cream of mushroom soup
• 120ml milk
• 150g shredded cheddar cheese
• 400g frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
• 800g frozen tater tots
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Side Salad:
• 100g mixed greens
• 1 small cucumber, sliced
• 1 tomato, diced
• 2 tbsp vinaigrette dressing

Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef Mixture
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, cooking until beef is browned and onion softened. Stir in garlic, then add cream of mushroom soup, milk, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Mix well. - Assemble the Casserole
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, then arrange tater tots in a single layer to cover the casserole completely. - Bake and Serve
