Instructions:
- Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden. - Cook the Sloppy Joe Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. - Add the Sauce
Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. - Assemble the Sloppy Joes
Toast the hamburger buns if desired. Spoon a generous amount of the meat mixture onto the bottom half of each bun and top with the other half. - Serve
Plate each Sloppy Joe with a side of crispy sweet potato fries. Optional: serve with pickles or coleslaw on the side.
