Ingredients:
For the Ribs:
• 1 full slab pork ribs (about 1.5–2 kg)
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp chili powder (optional)
• 250ml BBQ sauce (plus extra for brushing)
For Serving:
• Coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
• French fries

Instructions:
- Prep the Ribs
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs if not already done. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Rub this spice blend all over the ribs. - Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender. - Grill or Broil with Sauce
Preheat a grill or broiler. Brush the ribs generously with BBQ sauce and grill or broil for 5–10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and sticky. - Serve
Place the ribs on a large plate or tray. Brush with extra sauce and serve with a side of coleslaw and crispy fries.
