• 4 hot dog sausages
• 4 hot dog buns
• 80g shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 small onion, finely chopped (for topping)
For the Side:
• 300g fries (frozen or homemade)

Instructions:
- Make the Chili
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until thickened. - Cook the Hot Dogs and Fries
Cook hot dogs by boiling, grilling, or pan-frying until heated through. Meanwhile, cook fries according to package instructions or bake fresh-cut potatoes until golden and crisp. Season fries with salt. - Assemble the Chili Dogs
