Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken Tenders
Set up a breading station with three bowls: seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and garlic powder. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. - Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a skillet to 175°C (350°F). Fry chicken tenders in batches for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 75°C / 165°F). Drain on paper towels. - Make the Fries
If using fresh potatoes, cut into fries and toss with oil and salt. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 25–30 minutes, or fry until golden and crispy. If using frozen fries, cook according to package instructions. - Plate and Serve
Arrange chicken tenders and fries on a plate. Place honey mustard and ranch dipping sauces in ramekins. Add a small portion of coleslaw on the side and serve hot.
