Ingredients:
• 300g penne pasta
• 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
• 1 medium head broccoli, cut into florets
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 60g unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 50g shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese (for serving)
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta and Broccoli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets. Drain and set aside. - Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Add to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. - Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook gently for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (do not brown). - Combine and Serve
Add the cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken to the skillet. Toss well to coat in the garlic butter. Adjust seasoning as needed. Transfer to deep plates, top with shredded cheese, and garnish with parsley if desired.
