Ingredients:

For the Wrap:

• 2 large flour tortillas

• 250g cooked chicken breast, sliced

• 4 slices cooked bacon

• 1 tomato, diced

• 1 cup shredded lettuce

• 60g shredded cheddar cheese

• 3 tbsp ranch dressing

For the Side:

• 100g coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)

• 60ml chipotle sauce (in ramekin)

Instructions:

  1. Assemble the Wraps
    Lay tortillas flat. Spread ranch dressing evenly over each. Layer with sliced chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Wrap and Slice
    Roll tortillas tightly into wraps. Slice each diagonally into halves for serving.
  3. Plate and Serve
    Arrange wrap halves on a plate with a ramekin of chipotle sauce for dipping. Add coleslaw on the side and serve immediately.
