Ingredients:
For the Turkey Meatballs:

• 1 egg
• 50g breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the Zoodles:
• 4 medium zucchini, spiralized into noodles
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Salt, to taste
For Serving:
• 300ml marinara sauce
• 30g shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
• Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
- Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into 12–14 small meatballs. - Cook the Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then add marinara sauce to the skillet. Simmer for 10–12 minutes until meatballs are cooked through (internal temp 75°C / 165°F). - Prepare the Zoodles
In another skillet, heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat. Add zucchini noodles and sauté for 2–3 minutes until just tender. Season lightly with salt. - Assemble and Serve
Divide zoodles among shallow bowls. Top with turkey meatballs and sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with basil or parsley if desired.
