Ingredients:
• 400g spaghetti
• 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• 60ml extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta. - Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and cook gently until golden and fragrant (not browned), about 2–3 minutes. Add chili flakes and cook for 30 seconds more. - Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet along with a splash of reserved pasta water. Toss well to coat the pasta in the garlic oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If using, add chopped parsley and toss again. - Serve
Plate the pasta and, if desired, top with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
